Explanatory Note

According to the court decision issued by the 4th Panel of the Federal Regional Court of the 6th Region (TRF-6) in case No. 6002221-05.2024.4.06.0000, and due to the confirmation of the granted appeal, the mandatory publication of salary transparency and compensation criteria reports has been suspended for all private legal entities in the industrial sector with 100 or more employees, established in the State of Minas Gerais, until the ruling is issued.

Therefore, Lumar, represented by FIEMG and covered by the provisions of the court decision, is temporarily exempt from publishing the Salary Transparency and Compensation Criteria Report for the second half of 2025.
